Very nice, 3 Br/2 bath home in the West Beach area. This home has a nice, open kitchen and dining area. The living room is just around the corner with a large sectional sofa , stereo, and an LCD TV. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, private bath, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom that has 2 twin beds. This home has a gas grill, screened in porch, and is about a 3 minute walk to the beach. High Speed Internet.

paint in the bathrooms could use a touch up.
Locations is great, close to the beach and the supermarket. Internet connection was very useful for us and it was easy to plug the laptop in and check messages. Took a really long time to get the water hot in the shower on the lower level and pressure drops when the sprinklers run which often is in the am.

The interior is very tastefully done and easy to maintain. The kitchen utensils could use some attention: We replaced the rusty can opener and also bought a large non-stick fry pan as well as some pyrex dishes. We routinely ship some kitchen items from home that we know we'll need. Also, the exterior needs some work, especially the rear deck, which is splitting, splintery and shows some wood rot. Suggest at least new flooring for the deck. Also suggest outdoor furniture covers with velcro straps to hold in pllace. Mold and tree droppings require cleaning the furniture every time we sit outside. The above are intended as suggested improvements - not complaints. We love the place!

We were very happy with this property. We are a family of 5 and felt it was the perfect size for us. The location was wonderful, walking distance to the beach and bike paths. We also loved having the golf course for our backyard.
