Modern and updated, 4Br/4 bath, oceanfront villa in the West Beach area. This villa has three bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed, access to the deck, flat screen TV, and a private bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. Both of these bedrooms have private bathrooms and flat screen TV's. The living, dining and kitchen areas are all on the second floor. Everything is very nicely redone. The kitchen is new and beautiful with a bar area and stools. The living room has a big, flat screen tv over the fireplace and access to the porch. The spacious third floor bedroom has two twin beds, flat screen Tv, an area for card games or puzzles, and a private bathroom. There is a community pool available for renters to use. This villa is just a hop, skip and a jump from the beach. Wi-Fi No-smoking No-pets

The location of this property was great - a short walk to the beach with a nice view from the deck. That's the main reason we chose this rental so we were very happy. The house itself was also very nice. I was happy with Pam Harrington & would definitely rent from them again. We had some issues with ants the first day & it was taken care of immediately (on a Sun) and followed up on. We've been to Kiawah numerous times & love it there. My only complaint is that the week went by way too quickly!

We had cousins from Nebraska and Washington state with us and we all loved the house. It was very helpful to have the key and car passes in advance--and not have to check in--also when we found the broken coffee pot you all replaced it right away--and we are COFFEE drinkers. The location was very good and the view of the ocean great. We especially enjoyed the kitchen because we all like to cook and the pots and pans available were perfect. I would go again in a heartbeat. Many thanks.

The dolphin boat excursion was well worth the 60.00 per person. The night walk was very interesting. Loved making our Kiawah shirts. This is our 4th trip and will come back again.
