Newly renovated, 3Br/3 bath, third floor, oceanfront villa in the East Beach area with incredible ocean views. The brand new kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless appliances is open to the living room and dining room. All 3 have lovely views of the ocean. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has 2 double beds and the third bedroom has a day bed with a trundle that can be converted to a king size bed. All 3 bedrooms have private baths and ocean views.

Our only complaints about this rental were very minor. We have stayed in several other Windswept and Duneside properties and have always had plenty of beach towels; we would have brought them along if we'd known we wouldn't have enough towels. Also, we'll check next time to be sure that all rooms have fans, as we stay in oceanside units to be able to hear the surf, yet didn't have enough cross-breeze to keep the windows and doors open. Otherwise, the unit was very accommodating, clean, and convenient, and if we came in a cooler time of year, we wouldn't hesitate to book it again.
Absolutely beautiful views from all rooms. Very fresh decor, updating. Nice balconies to enjoy the outdoors and sounds of the ocean.

Very nice unit, dining room table seats 8, balconies are wonderful. Screens on the sliding glass doors need repair but there weren't any bugs so it didn't really matter for us. This is the second time that we have rented this unit.

This was a very nice, roomy condo with fabulous views. Everything was nice, but the trundle bed really does not work well as a king bed and the living room couch was not very comfortable. Other than those two things this place was perfect.

With ocean views from every room but baths, several baloncies, an updated kitchen and comfortable beds, we would have rated it a 5 on all except for the hassle of no luggage carts to get stuff into the unit and the uncomfortable living room furniture. The tile flooring makes all noise travel back to the bedrooms. If you have an early bird and they make noise, its just like they are in the room with you. I'd recommend a rug in the hallway to fix this problem. Otherwise, the location can't be beat and this unit has been redone in a comfy and gracious style. We stay here frequently.
