Comfortable 3Br/3.5 bath, 1650 sq.ft. home in the West Beach area. This one story home has a nice, eat-in kitchen, dining area, living room with a tv, dvd player,a vcr, and a nice big deck overlooking Cougar Point golf course. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a private bath with jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a double bed with a private bath and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds and a private bath. This home is only an 8 minute walk to the beach. 6 people max. and no-smoking.

The gutters need to be cleaned out, but inside the house, everything was fine. It would be nice if there were some place to swim in a pool on Kiawah, for those folks not staying at the Inn. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Very comfy, within easy walk of the beach, very quiet. It's a little worn and old-fashioned decor, but spacious with a great back deck. Everything functions, perhaps with a creak or two. Convenient to everywhere on Kiawah. A feel-good house.

Is a beautiful and spacious rental overlokking the 11th fairway. Large deck is great for tanning and relaxing. Short walk...~7 minutes to the beach down a quiet street. Beaches were great and not crowded

This is about an 8 minute adult-pace walk to the beach and we were already familiar with the exact location of the house before making the reservation. Really, all good things to say about the home, deck, location, condition of house. Favorite ammenity compared to prior visits (many) in other locations: Having a garage to use for storage of bikes and beach equipment. We biked a lot more this year because it was so easy to just get on & go rather than unlocking, drying off, etc. The only minor issues: house is listed online as 3.5 bathroom, but we have no clue where the ".5" bath is (doesn't affect us, just wanted to comment), the driveway and front entry area outside the house really needs to be cleared a bit wider of the pine straw. It is very difficult to even reach the front door without having to walk on top of it. Nonetheless, terrific value, good accomodations, storage areas, etc. Overall we loved it and would recommend.

Love using the garage for bike and beach supplies.

Kitchen is only "major" issue of this house: now, we don't cook much, so we aren't really affected, but pots are ancient and stovetop burners are all crooked & don't heat evenly. Consider this minor as house has plenty of space, nice bathrooms, etc

Excellent value, needs updating as I was told,and a little tender loving care but great location and EASY access to the beach with the bikes. Must have chair and umbrella service, well worth the $120 for the week. Kids also play all the golf courses 1/2 off reg. fees after noon. If you like to cook the house has all the amenities for any chef or eat out great dining options available as well. This house is not luxurious by my standards and I am very picky but I would stay there again and rec. to friends for the money. Also, great view of the golf course. Great grill too~!!!!!! Spent the xtra savings on golf, spa and good food.

Excellent living area and master BR suite. Several light bulbs were out but a supply was on hand, the outside shower did not work, the two small bedrooms were a step down from the rest of the house. Overall a good location with good pre-season rates, would have been less satisfied with this house if summer rates were in effect.

Great service from PHE! Kitchen needs updating - stove cooks unevenly, cookware not great. Had a few issues with light bulbs going out but overall very comfy house and great space. Fantastic master bath/suite! Very happy with location and value for our stay. Will definitely stay there again.
