The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a bath The kitchen is open with a breakfast bar and a separate dining area. The living area has a television, DVD player, VCR and a wet bar. There is a screened in porch and a large, central courtyard with an outside shower. This is the 4th time we have stayed in this house and we love the location. It has a great lay-out and is very comfortable.
The only issue we had while staying at 121 Surfscoter was the air conditioning. It didn't seem to be cooling very well. The bedrooms were cool but the living space was very warm. We had the ceiling fan at full speed the entire time.

I loved my vacation in Kiawah. The beach was great and the island is beautiful. We enjoyed the rental very much. The house was clean but needed some minor repairs which were taken care of. The landscaping needed a bit of help, and the barbecue should be replaced. The house was in a great location, very convenient to walk to the beach.

Love the layout of this house and location! Would like to see upgrades in the kitchen, i.e. the microwave and dishwasher(detergent cup is broken)as well as to the uncomfortable rugs in the house(painful to the feet!). Overall, we love the house and look forward to staying there again - great space for our family and room to ride bikes and quiet at the end of the cul-de-sac.
